Rampage Off Season Training
Off-season focused on Development
The off-season is the most important window for Tier 1 athletes to develop. Your athlete’s individual success—and the success of our teams—directly reflects the work done between April and August. The Rampage Off-Season Training Program is built to maximize development, build confidence, and prepare players to dominate the 2026–2027 season.
Who Is the Program For?
This program is designed for committed Rampage athletes in the following groups:
- Jr. Prep: 2008 & 2009
- Tier 1: 2010 & 2011
- Bantam: 2012 & 2013
These athletes are preparing for higher levels of play, including Tier 1, Junior, NCAA, and professional pathways.
What Is Included in the Program?
A comprehensive spring and summer training plan featuring:
- On-Ice Practices: Skill development, compete sessions, power skating, and tactical instruction
- Off-Ice Training: Strength, speed, mobility, shooting, stickhandling, hockey IQ, and conditioning
- Daily Workouts: Led by Olympic and professional strength & conditioning coaches at 365 Performance
- Weekly Training Calendars: Detailed, structured schedules unique to each age group
- A Competitive Training Environment: Athletes train with motivated teammates and Tier 1 coaches
Athletes will have access to 5–6 days per week of training opportunities, including extended summer morning sessions once school finishes.
Program Dates
April 13, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Training is held at Monument Ice Rinks, utilizing both rinks, the 365 Gym, and all dedicated off-ice development spaces.
Why Commit to Off-Season Training?
Players make the biggest developmental gains in the off-season—not during winter games. Consistency from April through August leads to improvements in:
- Skating speed
- Strength and physicality
- Puck skills and shooting
- On-ice confidence
- Conditioning and endurance
- Game-readiness for tryouts and the season
Athletes who commit to our off-season program year after year are consistently the ones earning roster spots, playing meaningful minutes, and advancing to higher levels.
A Training Environment Built for Growth
Our staff of Tier 1 coaches and specialists work hands-on with each group to ensure every athlete receives the development they need. Summer on-ice sessions include a strategic mix of skills, compete days, and power skating, while workouts build the strength necessary for harder shots, faster skating, and winning puck battles.
This is the most complete, structured, and athlete-focused off-season program in the region.
If your athlete wants to improve, earn more opportunity, and be prepared for the upcoming season, the Rampage Off-Season Program is the most important commitment of the year.
Refund & Flexibility Policy
Players can commit to off-season training now. If anything changes in your plans for next season, we will fully refund and allow players to be on their way—no risk, no pressure.
