The Colorado Rampage is proud to share that Jake Mintenko, a rising talent from the Rampage 14U team, has been selected 10th overall in the first round of the 2025 WHL U.S. Priority Draft by the Wenatchee Wild.
Jake’s path to this milestone is especially meaningful to the Rampage community. He began his hockey journey in the Rampage Rec program, growing through the organization’s developmental system with unwavering focus, discipline, and love for the game.
The WHL U.S. Priority Draft offers top American players the opportunity to be selected by teams in the Western Hockey League, a premier junior league known for producing NCAA and NHL talent. Being chosen in the first round places Jake among the most promising players in his age group across the country.
This accomplishment not only reflects Jake’s individual talent but also speaks to the strength of the Rampage’s player development model.
